What began as a bold vision quickly became a movement. In just four months, Forever Kings evolved from an idea into a registered nonprofit, welcomed its first cohort of young men, and officially launched a new era of brotherhood in Cincinnati.
I would describe Forever Kings as an excellent learning environment for young Black men. I appreciate gaining valuable life lessons, such as how to invest my money wisely.
Forever Kings is a great program that helps young men of color learn important things about life after college. I picked up some skills for handling my money and staying stable as I start this next chapter at college.
Forever Kings is a movement that leads to the development of powerful Black kings!
Forever Kings offers a welcoming space for us to express ourselves and connect with others who share similar experiences and backgrounds.
Throughout my time at Forever Kings so far, I have learned what true brotherhood means.
At Forever Kings, I learned how to manage my money and present myself in a professional setting. It truly is a great program that is preparing young Black men for life after school.
Forever Kings is filled with brothers who help each other and are there for you. I learned how to build people up and help them when they need it.
Forever Kings has given me a way to express myself in a way that I don’t get to with other people because we, as a brotherhood, can relate to each other in certain ways that make us stand out.
We are truly grateful for all that Forever Kings has provided us. I am thrilled that my son was a part of something wonderful. He is becoming more conscious of his appearance and is stepping out of his shell. On top of that, his communication skills have improved, and he is much happier.
My Kings were exposed to different concepts and ideals that allowed for development and growth as young men. They have become more outspoken and comfortable with meeting new people. Additionally, they better understand the power and importance of empowering Black youth.
